How far ahead should I book?
Peak season (May to September) dates fill up quickly, often 6 to 12 months in advance. We recommend reserving your key items as soon as you secure your venue.
Do you deliver and set up?
Yes! Delivery fees are based on the distance from Idaho Falls and the size of your order. Setup for complex items (like arches) is often included; setup for chairs and tables can be added for an additional fee.
What about damage and care?
We know accidents happen. A small non-refundable damage waiver is added to every order to cover normal wear and tear. Significant damage or lost items will be billed at replacement cost.
Deposits and cancellations?
A 50% non-refundable retainer secures your date and items. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event. You can make changes to your order up until that final payment date.
What if it rains or my date changes?
We require a covered backup plan for outdoor events. If your date needs to change, we will happily transfer your retainer to a new available date within one calendar year.
